Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with leasing companies, arranging/terminating new and existing leases, paying monthly rental and book keeping.
- Preparation of FS, arranging payments and book keeping.
- Preparation and payment of Provident Fund Loans and maintaining records in SAP and files.
- Providing support to stakeholders/team members.
