Job requirements include:
- Coach and develop line managers in the delivery of key HR activities, build leadership and people management capabilities
- Develop an adaptive, ambitious organisation and a productive environment to deliver increased business results and competitive advantage for the Company
- Respond to complex, escalated queries around HR policies, processes and ways of working
- Proactively promote pragmatic and best practice approaches/interventions that drive the HR and business agenda forward
- Measure and track key HR Operations department milestones, deliverables and metrics
- Responsible for analysing soft skills development requirements across the Businesses and translate them into appropriate development programmes.
