ICI Pakistan Ltd. is hiring an HR Executive for the Shared Services team of its Corporate HR department based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities/Skills:
- End to end management of on-boarding, hiring and exit processes
- Responsible for employee life cycle letters
- Ensure maintenance of monthly dashboards
- Conduct self-audits on SSHR processes per agreed timelines for the purpose of governance
- Knowledge of SAP HCM will be an added advantage
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially skills in Microsoft Excel) preferred
