ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring an HSE Training Officer for our Polyester Business based in Sheikhupura.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Conduct sessions on HSE standards that are to be followed by the team.
- Strong grasp of applicable national laws and legislations (environmental laws, factory laws etc.) along with the knowledge of HSE and fire-fighting codes (NFPA).
- Competent in risk assessments, root cause analysis methodology, hazard identification and mitigation strategies.
Proficient in data analysis, statistical reporting, incident investigations and report writing. - Hands on fire-fighting and first aid experience (either or both), with adept understanding on fire-fighting equipment usage and inspection (fire extinguishers, hydrants, SCBA etc.)
- Knowledge of HSE ground level aspects e.g. PPES, work at height system, confined space protocols, permit to work system, LOTOTO etc.
