ICI Pakistan Ltd is hiring a Maintenance Officer (Mechanical) for its Soda Ash business, based in Khewra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring compliance of HSE&S procedures and skill improvement plans in Powerhouse Maintenance.
- Developing sound knowledge and an expertise in Routine Maintenance and Overhauling of rotary equipment, including Multistage Centrifugal Pumps, Compressors and Steam Turbines.
- Effectively utilizing the maintenance teams and other resources.
- Forming and executing maintenance regimes and Root Cause Failure Analysis.
- Maintaining inventory of spares for critical machines (Pumps, Gears, Turbines and Compressors) to meet targeted equipment availability.
- Effectively utilizing Capex and CRE (Revenue expenditure, Inventory and Manpower Overtime).
- Executing improvement projects.
Other Skills:
- Multitasking and ability to manage various teams at a time.
- Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, SAP, and Outlook etc.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering standards and codes.
