ICI Pakistan Limited is hiring a Senior Market Research Manager for its Chemicals and Agri Sciences business based in Karachi. This objective of this role is to drive commercial and business excellence through the design, planning and implementation of commercial processes, projects, and initiatives to maximize the top and bottom-line results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Sales and other functions on sales force effectiveness and margin optimization initiatives.
- Develop and track KPIs to support decision making and business health monitoring.
- Propose and implement business growth and profitability optimization initiatives.
- Develop and manage pricing policies across all segments.
- Develop annual commercial budgets and formulate segment level mid-term strategies.
- Apply the sales funnel management model to identify opportunities and expand market footprint.
- Support the business in developing and executing greenfield feasibilities including detailed market research and market mapping.
- Prepare presentations for the Business Executive team relating to strategy, business performance and market outlook.
- Work on digitisation and automation initiatives to enhance the analytical framework, sales effectiveness and business performance.
- Remain connected with customers via field visits (as required).
- Lead a team of market research managers covering individual sub-segments.
