Responsibilities
- Work with business leaders to align human resource (HR) strategies and plans with business strategy.
- Support business leaders in identifying critical positions for succession planning.
- Work with business leaders and learning managers to focus on learning and development strategies that meet business requirements.
- Advise business leaders on implications of workforce supply and demand.
- Advise business managers on ways to address manpower shortfalls or surpluses.
- Coach business leaders to align career aspirations and job rotations of the employees with the organisationโs business strategy.
- Engage business leaders to establish business essentials for organisational development or change management initiatives.
- Guide business leaders to develop key performance indicators (KPIs), performance goals and ratings to their employees.
- Liaise with business leaders to assess succession plans.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-performing talent based on organisationโs ideal talent profile.
- Partner with line managers to execute the performance management process.
- Plan recruitment needs.
- Position the organisation as a strong and unique employer to strengthen employer brand in the market and attract candidates.
- Promote principles of fair employment selection practices to hiring managers and business leaders.
- Support senior management to redesign organisation structure to deliver its vision and plans in an effective manner.
Requirements
Education: Masters degree in Human Resources Management (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD qualification preferred)
Experience: At least 04 years experience in HR at strategic level
Skills:
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, influencing skills.
- High level of analytical ability.
- Commercially, culturally and diversity aware, high sensitivity to the social, economic and political environment.
- Sound knowledge of Pakistan Labour laws.
- Ability to negotiate and interact at senior levels.
