Data Analysis And Reporting
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
