Position: SNR. HR EXECUTIVE (RECRUITMENT)

Requirements:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a resume database position-wise for potential candidates for future job openings.
• Preparation, updating, and modification of Job Description of Staff as per staff budget by assisting the AM-HR and Concerned HOD(s).

Qualification & Experience:

• BBA / MPA / MBA in Human Resources.
• 3-4 years of experience in HR.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
• Must be great at multitasking, prioritizing, managing time and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to meet deadlines.

Location: Nazimabad Five Star roundabout, Karachi.
