- Oversee the procurement of fixed assets and consumables, ensuring timely and cost-efficient acquisition.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiations to secure favorable terms and ensure reliable supply chains.
- Implement standardization practices across procurement and inventory processes.
- Supervise and streamline pharmacy procurement operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and control procurement activities to maintain budgets and uphold quality standards.
- Manage store inventory, ensuring proper stock levels, accuracy, and organization.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Address new challenges proactively, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
