Imtiaz is looking to hire candidate for the position of “Management Trainee – Finance”.

Department: Finance & Accounts
Function: Financial Planning & Budgeting

Location: Head Office, Karachi

Job Description:

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualification: B.S – Accounting & Finance from a reputable university.

POSITION: Manager – Master Data Management (MDM)

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Analytics or a related field.
• MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in Master Data Management, data governance or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leading role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems and proficiency in data management tools and frameworks.
• Strong ability to assess data inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
• Proven experience in leading teams and working cross-functionally to drive data governance initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement Master Data Management (MDM) policies, ensuring standardization and adherence to best practices.
• Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all retail systems while ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
• Cross-Functional collaboration with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business teams to optimize data governance processes and improve decision-making.
• Monitor data security, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to improve overall data quality.
• Lead and mentor the MDM team, providing training and guidance to enhance skills and drive continuous improvement.
