Qualification:ย Bachelor / Master Degree preferably in Business Administration
Major Responsibilities:
- Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
- Planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Maintain store staff by engaging, orientation and training of employees.
- Ensure availability of merchandise and maintain proper replenishment.
- Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales.
- Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.
- Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational and personnel policies and procedures.
- Visit the floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving issues.
Experience: 8- 10 years of hands-on experience with renowned Retail / Supermarkets.
