Imtiaz Super Market Jobs Floor Manager Non Food:
Position: Floor Manager – Non Food
Location: Karachi
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Masters.
- 5 to 8 years’ experience with at least 2 years in a similar role in retail operations of non-food categories( Baby Care / New Born, Health & Beauty, Household, Fashion Goods & Accessories, Textile & Hosiery, Electronics & Multimedia).
Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, controls, and directs all selling activities to ensure attainment of established sales targets and profit margins within or lower than acceptable shrinkage level.
- Specialized Product Knowledge of Non-Food related product line.
- Reviews and approves Ordering i.e. Daily, Weekly or through permanent Ordering to ensure availability of merchandise within the acceptable stocks and service levels.
- Coordinates with the buying team on negotiated promotional campaign that would require special merchandising displays.
