Position: Architect

Location: Karachi

The candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of preparing architectural as well as interior drawings, all steps related to project initiation to completion with excellent communication skills. The candidate should be able to manage in-house preparation of drawings and managing the internal team and coordinate with consultants (MEP).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in design and development of layouts and technical drawings.
2. Collaborate with other team members of design team to ensure that plans are consistent with project’s overall vision and goals.
3. Help develop design concepts and present along with senior architects and managers for review and approval.
4. Assist with preparation of tender, construction documentation and specifications.
5. Help coordinate the drawings with external team such as engineers and consultants.
6. Conceptualize designs either manually or using 3d software.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
At-least 1-3 Years of working experience.
Experience of large scale building construction, renovation and interior works.

Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD 2D
Sketch-up or 3D Max
Adobe Photoshop
MS Office
