Imtiaz is hiring an Officer – HR Operations for their Head Office in Karachi.

Position Title:

• Officer – HR Operations

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures.  
• Ensure probation cycles are initiated in due time.
• Compile and present employee information as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
• Organize employee engagement activities as per the instructions of the Line Manager.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Maintain employee attendance and leave management as per company policy.
• Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as per the instructions of the Line Manager.

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA – HRM from a reputable university
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
