Ingredion Jobs Senior Officer HR & Admin: This is a plant base position who will be posted at our plant at Jarnwala, District Faisalabad. The incumbent will be responsible to provide support for different HR & Administration Affairs to meet objectives of the Company. Supervise effective human resources and administration processes, programs and solutions that are consistent with business strategy and promote improved organizational effectiveness
Knowledge, Skills And Requirements
- 07-10 years’ experience
- MBA (HRM) from recognized univeristy, Preferably having Law degree.
- Well versed with Labor laws,HR, IR & Admin affairs
- Candidate having industrial expereince will be given preferrence
- Good communication skills with fluency in English
