INTECH Process Automation Jobs Proposal Executive: INTECH Process Automation is looking for “Proposal Executive”
Responsibilities:
• Review of Tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness.
• Prepare scope summary and Required documents checklist
• Participate in initiation & review meeting for bid planning.
• Co-ordinate & participate with Sales Team for Pre-Qualification package completion.
• Support Sales in identifying pre-qualification opportunities and take initiative in preparation of packages.
• Clear understanding of bidding process & check cost estimation with respect to territory requirement.
• When requested, carry out peer review of estimates compiled by others (checking for completeness, pricing & resource requirements).
• Collaborating with peers to ensure the CRM is updated and works well and ensure CRM and sales directory is properly maintained with updated bid data.
Requirements:
• As a minimum 3 to 6 years of proposal making and tendering experience
• Past experience of similar nature in oil & gas Contracting Organisation in EPCI and MAC business
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
