JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process export sales orders in SAP and issue proforma invoices.
- Track and monitor order deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth order processing.
- Prepare regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
- Improve order processing procedures to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- M.Com/BBA/MBA.
- 1-3 years of experience as an Export Sales Coordinator.
- SAP S4 Hana experience preferred.
