Responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:
ยท Ensure 100% compliance of labor laws in order to ensure smooth operations
ยท Liaison with government departments, including but Not Limited to LESCO, SNGPL, EOBI, Social Security, Development Authorities, Labor department etc.
ยท Involve in worker grievance and disciplinary processes as per the policy (local labor laws) and ensure legal compliance
ยท Generate reports and present necessary record to internal, external auditors and government officials as per their requirement as and when required
ยท Assist employees in matters related to government institutions, for instance, social security and pension related matters
ยท Establish contact with technical institutions to train our workforce for skill development.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ & ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
ยท Bachelors/Masters Degree from HEC Recognized University
ยท 6-8 Years of Experience in Industrial Relations
ยท In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
ยท Strong communication and interpersonal skills
