Interwood Mobel Jobs HR Training & Development:Â Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for HR (Training & Development) enthusiast in karachi for the position of Executive – T&D. The ideal person will be responsible to coordinate and facilitate all internal training and development initiatives that support the organization goals and objectives. This position will also be responsible to manage the learning management systems and to provide training support to all employees, including management and non-management staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field preferred; a combination of HR certification, education and work experience equivalent to the degree may be considered.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in training and development domain
- Strong knowledge of training techniques, various training models; including learning theories.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Prezi and database skills.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills required, with the ability to deal with tact and diplomacy with all levels of the organization.
