JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain capacity planning models that align with production goals and company objectives.
- Oversee the integration and functionality of ERP and SAP systems to enhance production planning and control.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve production efficiency.
- Forecast demand and adjust capacity plans in collaboration with key teams.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, or related field).
- 12-15 years in flexible manufacturing with expertise in production, ERP, SAP, time & motion studies and capacity planning.
- Strong analytical skills and leadership capabilities.
