Position: Sr. Executive, Design
Location: Karachi, Pakistan.
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience with architect/construction industries. An incumbent must have B.E/ B.Arch/ D.Arch/B. or Dip. in Interior Design/Tech.
Responsibilities:
- Required to Practice on IMOS/KD Max.
- Prepare Furniture Layout and Quotation.
- Prepare Technical Drawing.
- Coordinate with factory, sales, sites and ID departments.
- Forward orders to factory.
- Coordinate with concerned for day to day matters.
- Keep the records and maintain files.
- Schedule the drawing and prepare on AutoCAD. Prepare estimation on ERP/SAP.
- Contact and coordinate with market stakeholders for purchasing.
- Grant site intimation for site related work.
- Grant design intimation to design personnel and follow up on given work.
