JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer interactions, achieve assigned sales targets, and ensure timely follow-ups on deliveries, payments, and receivables.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and track customer orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage product display, including placement, pricing, tagging, cleanliness, and stock updates, while ensuring customer satisfaction through feedback and complaint resolution.
- Adhere to company SOPs and maintain coordination with relevant departments to streamline operations and provide exceptional service.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s with 1-2 years experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation expertise.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for order processing and tracking.
