Inverex Solar Energy is for Technical Support Engineer at its Head Office in Karachi.

Department: Research and Development (R&D)
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support to the R&D team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of new projects.
• Maintain and update technical documentation.
• Offer on-call technical support to installers and EPC companies, ensuring prompt and effective assistance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience of 2 years in a technical support role (freshers are also encouraged to apply)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with technical documentation and support processes.
