Iqra University is looking for candidates for the position of โAssistant Manager HRโ. We are inviting applications from candidates who meet the criteria given below:
Position: Assistant Manager HR
Location: IQRA University, Main Campus, Karachi
Eligibility Criteria: Masterโs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Proficiency in HRMS and performance management software.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The position will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and management of the universityโs performance management system. This position involves collaborating with faculty and staff to enhance employee performance, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support strategic objectives through effective performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design performance measurement frameworks that reflect key educational metrics, focusing on both academic and administrative roles.
- Continuously monitor and revise the performance evaluation program to align with organizational needs.
- Conduct interviews, managerโs meetings, and research to refine and update job descriptions for existing and new positions.
- Facilitate meetings with departments to finalize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and enter them into the HRMS system.
- Generate and manage annual performance appraisals and ensure timely completion.
- Review and ensure compliance of employee contracts, employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other HR-related documents.
- Engage in research and development regarding organizational policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with HR managementโs guidance.
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in coordination with various departments.
- Identify skills gaps through performance assessments and recommend targeted training and development programs to CPLE.
