Key Responsibilities:
✨ Drafting contracts and business agreement
✨ Reviewing cases to determine whether they have legal merit
✨ Reviewing and analyzing cases related to organization such as insurance, banking or securities trading
✨ Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
✨ Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
✨ Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
✨ Conduct work with integrity and responsibility
Requirements:
💡 BBA or MBA with at least 1-2 years of experience
🔍 Good analytical skills
🤝 Strong communication skills
📈 High degree of professional ethics and integrity
