Job Description:
- Plan and execute all type of maintenance (routine / preventive / break down / corrective) of Instrumentation related equipment / machines
- Troubleshooting of Instrumentation related issues, prepare RCA’s and do inventory management of all spare parts and define min. max. level for reordering in SAP
- Plan and execute different projects (as per Business need)
- To do budgetary planning for making E&I budget with consideration of maintenance cost and production numbers / forecast
- To do monthly / fortnightly review expenditure / expenses of maintenance
- To support ISO / OHSAS implementation
- Emphasise on team development
- Prepare / work on successor develop among team / individual
Skills: - Knowledge of ISO 22000
- MS Office
- Team player/Presentation skills
