Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth and differentiation for BABY FOOD* products.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital, social media, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with sales and trade marketing teams to support retail execution and drive sales.
- Analyze brand performance, market share, and sales data to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, finance, production) to optimize business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum ROI.
- Maintain brand integrity and implement initiatives to strengthen consumer loyalty and trust.
