We are hiring a Senior Procurement Officer to join our team!
Job Description:
- Managing the procurement of packaging materials from initial sourcing to deliver.
- Ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained at all times.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality and delivery, through market research and analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure maximum value for money and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging materials meet product specifications and compliance requirements.
- Manage the purchase order process, including creating purchase orders, tracking the status of orders, and resolving any issue that may arise.
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and pricing information.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
