Description:
-Achieve 100% Primary & Secondary targets within the assigned territory.
-Ensure distributors investment as per Co. policy and business requirements.
-Distributor ROI management.
-Design & implement PJP for TSM’s and Order bookers.
-Ensure timely payments for credit customers, if any.
-Ensure timely ordering & dispatches of Stocks to customers.
-Ensure proper ordering and dispatching of stocks to customers.
-Ensure proper execution of brand activities as per the given guidelines.
-On the Job training of TSMs & Order bookers to make an effective and productive sales call.
Skills:
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation and IT skills.
- Should be able to train and develop team of TSMs to maintain cost of operations.
- Should be able to get along with the team and keep them motivated with positive attitude.
