We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Maintenance who will ensure the smooth and reliable mechanical operations of plant machinery through preventive maintenance, resource planning, and technical guidance. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare the annual preventive maintenance schedule.
-Form and manage teams from available resources for daily maintenance and annual preventive maintenance activities.
-Coordinate with concerned departments to identify new instruments and devices requiring planned maintenance.
-Monitor daily work orders and track job statuses closely.
-Manage spare parts and material consumption effectively.
-Guide the team in diagnosing faults and solving mechanical problems.
-Explore and assess opportunities for local development of critical parts and revise inventory levels; verify specifications and dimensions.
-Suggest improvements for plant operations and efficiency.
-Conduct daily machine inspections and liaise with operators on potential malfunctions.
-Ensure timely routine maintenance and maintain accurate records of machine maintenance activities.
-Maintain sufficient stock levels of lubricants and chemicals required for operations.
-Ensure the trouble-free mechanical operation of machines.
-Train workers and operators on the proper use and operation of machinery.
-Ensure logbooks for oil heaters, compressors, and chillers are properly maintained.
-Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

The successful candidate will be tasked with producing precise civil and architectural plans, adhering to project requirements and standards. Occasional site visits will be necessary to collect data and verify on-site conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily site operations to ensure adherence to project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards.
-Monitor contractor and vendor activities to ensure work is progressing as scheduled
-Prepare detailed civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
-Interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings and plans.
-Update and revise drawings based on project changes or field conditions.
-Conduct site visits to gather measurements, verify design feasibility, and record necessary details.
-Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings meet technical and design requirements.
-Maintain proper documentation and archiving of all drawings.
-Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.

-Provide technical support during construction phases when needed.
Qualifications:
-Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other drafting software is a plus.
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
-Strong understanding of civil and architectural design principles.
-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and field data.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Willingness to travel to project sites; vendors and Markets as needed .
