Key Accountabilities:
Logistics
- Coordinate export operations from factory (for all export customers in assigned region)
- Co-ordinate for timely loading at factory
- Dispatch samples to customers
Documentation
- Coordinate Pre shipment documentation: Inspection, Shipment booking etc.
- Coordinate Post shipment documentation: Invoice, Packing list, Certificate of origin, Shipping instructions, Insurance and any specific customer related document
- Coordinate for timely submission of documents to bank & dispatch to buyer
- Work on SAP files related to export orders / transactions
