We are looking for a Senior Officer Logistics to join our team!
Job Description:
- Prepare daily dispatch plan and share with transporters.
- Ensure in time availability of outbound vehicles by coordination with transporters.
- Ensure loading execution as per loading KPI’s.
- Ensure In time system processing (SAP Documents) of dispatched vehicles.
- Update and ensure daily reported containers and in time offloading as per pre-defined KPI’s.
- Ensure monthly transport billing.
- Ensure transport quarries regarding delay in offloading at distributions/Late arrival at distribution etc.
Skills:
- Good Communication Verbal & Written
- MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP
