Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve 100% Primary & Secondary sales targets within the assigned territory
- Ensure distributor investment as per company policy and Business requirement
- Distributor ROI management
- Visit all FMCG selling shops to improve the width and depth of Snackcity products
- Design and implement PJP for TSM’s/Order Bookers and review it on a periodic basis
- Ensure timely payments from credit customers, if any
- Ensure timely ordering and dispatch of Stocks to customers
- Ensure proper execution of brand activities as per the given guidelines
- On Job training of TSMs & Order Bookers to make an effective and productive sales call
