Good understanding of Extrusion process

Job Description:

Responsible for release & Quality monitoring of incoming materials as well as finished products related to plant
Assist QAM in selection and auditing local supplier
Maintain implementation of FSSC 22000 standard, WFP Specifications and further strengthen it by continuous improvement
Assistance to production in QMS preparation of line control activities
Assessment & auditing of line quality control activities at Cereal plant
Responsible for Implementation of QMS and monitoring plans of Raw & packaging materials and Finished Products in line with Specifications
Responsible to establish the trends for Cereal product composition and contaminant. Inform deviations to Management and initiate CAPA in case of deviation
Responsible to implement HACCP studies of Cereal lines/ products, their validation & verification
Handle quality related complaints of Product and assist concerned person to execute corrective actions. Maintain the complaint record and review the trends for continuous improvement
Responsible to establish the Net contents report, over filling costs as well as non-quality cost of products on monthly basis
To participate in Gap assessments and follow up of audit points as required by Internal Quality Auditing Program
