Job Description:
- Prepare daily dispatch plan and share with transporters.
- Ensure in-time availability of outbound vehicles by coordination with transporters.
- Ensure loading execution as per loading KPIs.
- Ensure In time system processing (SAP Documents) of dispatched vehicles.
- Update and ensure daily reported containers and in-time offloading as per pre-defined KPIs.
- Ensure monthly transport billing.
- Ensure transport quarries regarding a delay in offloading at distributions/late arrival at distribution etc.
