IIL is looking to hire a Manager Project.
Job Description:
- Develops Project feasibility reports for all upcoming projects and presents to the management
- Determines and cascades project responsibilities to relevant stakeholders
- Regulates project specifications as per engineering guidelines for food industry
- Controls entire Project Plan and presents to the management
- Determines & maintains project schedule as per agreed timelines
- Liaison with contractors/suppliers/OEMs
- Prepares project timed status reports and presents to the management
- Leads a cross functional team and shows traits of horizontal and vertical leadership across the factory and head office Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
- Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma would be an added advantage
- Leadership/Team player
