Job Description
- Play a role in achieving category growth through developing & implementing BTL strategies within brands guidelines as well as customers and shoppers expectations
- Drive and facilitate smooth implementation of brand plans (pricing, trade marketing, ROI analysis, margins)
- Develop and implement strategic, tactical creative plans to drive sales and ensure brand growth through various marketing and trade marketing plans, adding value to assigned brands
- Review marketing plan and activities with Sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of brand targets and implement methods
- Ensure efficient management of A&P budget / funds by monitoring sales against expenditure by sector on a monthly basis
- Assist, support and organize trade fairs, promotions, events and road shows
- Manage and control inventory holdings, submit monthly inventory and depletion reports with analysis to respective suppliers
- Develop new and consolidate existing relationship with business partners / suppliers and or trade partners
