Key Accountabilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Develop and implement an employer branding strategy to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Implement innovative and engaging ways to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and measure key talent acquisition and employer branding metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
