Itel ESS Pakistan Jobs Technical Support Engineer:

Organization: Itel ESS Pakistan

Candidates required for the position in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve our customers’ technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environment will also make you an ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product technical support, requiring quick response and timely handling of customers’ after-sales problems and demands. Travel when necessary.
2. Responsible for guiding and supporting the installation, monitoring, later operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations.
3. Also make work reports, troubleshooting documentation and comply with company.
4. Customer training: Provide product and after-sales process training to distributors and installers.
5. Develop standard operation procedures and quality or safety standards for solar installation work.

Requirements:

1. Major in power electronics, electrical engineering. 2 Years Solar Experience in After-Sales is preferred.
2. Proficient in English.
3. Good computer and office software skills.
4. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit, strong execution ability of target plan.
