Executive / Sr. Officer (Administration)

Department: Administration

Qualification: Graduation / Masters

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Job Description:

• Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
• Maintenance of Hostel/ Rental houses, Furniture arrangement & Room allocation Management
• Assist in coordinating Site Administration arrangements, mobilize & de-mobilized the resources to company operated sites.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Liaise with staff, suppliers, and external partners as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle other duties as assigned to support the administration function.
