- Provide technical support to end users for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems, applications, and networks.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
- Manage and support Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and security settings.
- Administer network systems, including domain controllers and related technologies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Network Administration and Information Technology expertise
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
