Position: 𝐇𝐑 & 𝐈𝐑 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭
Location: Korangi, Karachi

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Oversee employee welfare initiatives, Death Grant, Marriage Grant, Medical Leave etc.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
Maintaining HR records like; compensation, health and medical insurance, group life insurance, EOBI, and SESSI.
Prepare and submit all relevant HR and IR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement.
Face/thumb enrollment of new company & contractor’s employees in face recognition and for addressing biometric issues during the morning shift.
Ensuring timely closing of monthly attendance for payroll processing along with clearing all queries and errors.
Any other task assigned by the Manager/Head of department.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles, ideally within a production environment.
Knowledge of labour laws, employee welfare programs, and compliance procedures.
