WE’RE HIRING! E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee entire ecommerce order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate processing from order placement to delivery.
- Collaborate with demand planning and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and address any stock or operational issues.
- Manage returns and provide detailed information to teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth processing.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and shipment providers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any logistical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventories through ERP, ensuring stock levels are properly reflected on the ecommerce platform.
- Generate and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt processing of all transactions.
- Oversee product listings, ensuring descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and optimized for customer engagement.
- Coordinate with Finance for billing and financial management, sharing courier invoices for accurate processing.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferably Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 3-4 years of experience in ecommerce operations, order fulfillment, supply chain management, and strong experience of Shopify platform.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with strong organizational and communication skills.
