Position: Jr. Officer (Order Booker) – Marketing

Job Location: Karachi

Requirements

The Order Booker is responsible for facilitating sales team through effective communication and coordination between marketing and finance teams. This position plays a critical role in smooth order execution and ensuring efficient operation of marketing functions.

Qualification & Experience:

• Business graduate or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing role.

Desired Behavioural/Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Proficient use of MS Office, specifically MS Excel and SAP

Responsibilities:

• Timely execution of orders.
• Coordination with Finance department for payments posting.
• Maintain overall coordination with all retail staff, including DGMs, ASMs, TMs.
• Facilitate close coordination between HO and regional offices to gather any necessary information.
• Help maintain marketing databases and ensure the accuracy of records and data.
• Ensure updated retail & direct customers data is maintained on daily basis.
