Al Baraka Bank Jobs Officer Legal Karachi: Al Baraka Pakistan is seeking applications from highly skilled and experienced candidates for the position of ‘Officer Legal’ at Karachi.

Experience Required: 1 – 2 years
Educational Preferably LLB/LLM degree from any HEC recognized institution ‘
Qualification: or equivalent foreign qualification.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide legal opinions and guidance to various departments regarding validity, authenticity of documents etc.
• Drafting and vetting bank guarantees, letters, agreements, contracts/agreements and advise amendments if required to safeguard Bank’s interest.
• Coordinate with panel lawyers in cases by the bank or against the bank.
• Correspond with regulatory bodies pertaining to legal matters.
