We are looking for a HR Executive with specializing in Compensation – Benefits & PRO with Min – 4 years of UAE Experience. You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of compensation & Payroll programs encompassing base pay, incentive pay, commissions and bonuses, supporting the company’s performance system,managing the organizational salary structure and benefits provision along with the visa processing, licensing and government relations.
