Job responsibilitiesโ Ensure implementation of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) program throughout PMPKL which includes, developing / maintaining / updating SOX documentation pertaining to business processes and controls, test results and control deficiencies in coordination with relevant Head of Departments.
โ Enhance control awareness throughout PMPKL by participating in training on the Fiscal Compliance Program and other PMI Principle and Practices requirements and facilitating users on the interpretation and application of PMI Principles and Practices.
โ Involved in the preparation and submission of control and governance reports to PMI, such as, PMI 32 (A107), PMI 36 (G113), PMI 13-C, 14-C and 17-C.
โ Analyze business processes and controls, identify and assess business and control risks; and advise key business functions on ways to enhance and improve controls and operational efficiency.
โ Monitor the implementation of agreed management action plans identified during Internal Control reviews and PMI Corporate Audit.
โ Participate in cross functional and cross affiliate projects as requested by PMPKL management and develop business acumen and identification of creative business solutions.
Education :ย Minimum Qualification of Bsc Economics/ Finance, ACCA, BBA/ MBA
Experience:ย Minimum experience of between 2 to 4 years in a relevant finance capacity

Location: Head Office Main AccountabilitiesImplement all objectives of health, safety, fire prevention, hygiene, environmental protection ensuring that appropriate resources and structures are in place to cope with the objectivesExecute the EHS program, based on the company EHS policy and continuously search for improvements in order to protect people from injury, the environment from damage, and the business from unnecessary losses. Involve factory employees to ensure that the procedures are accepted, the responsibilities are understood, and the program is supported.
Implement procedures to ensure that the factory complies with applicable laws, codes and regulations. Satisfy local and regional reporting requirements, provide permit information when needed, and take appropriate actions to correct deficiencies when required
Follow up a proactive loss prevention program including risk management (identification, assessment, and control), inspections, audits, and emergency planning to eliminate or minimize losses due to foreseeable hazards.
Lead the incident/ accident reporting to factory managers and employees of the factory and within the region.
Prepare, co-ordinate and update risk assessment and crisis management procedures for top management in order to prevent and minimize damage due to natural / industrial disaster or any unexpected emergency event which could cause business break-down.
Maintain a fire prevention program of building design, fuel and ignition source control, detection and alarm systems, technical firefighting systems, and emergency response teams in order to eliminate or minimize losses due to fire.
Sponsor EHS improvement projects and give technical advice on non EHS projects.
Ensure that appropriate amounts for EHS program and project needs are included in the factory expense and operating budgets.
Education:ย Minimum qualification of a Bachelors in Engineering from a reputable institute
Experience:ย Minimum professional experience of at least 5-7 years in relevant capacity (MNC experience will be preferred)
