We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Research Analyst with a strong foundation in real estate investment, financial modeling, and strategic analysis. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and supporting the financial structuring of REIT transactions. A comprehensive understanding of REIT structure and regulatory frameworks is essential for this role.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โ๏ธ Develop, manage, and refine complex financial models for real estate and REIT-based investment projects, including cash flow projections, IRR analysis, and sensitivity scenarios.
โ๏ธ Conduct detailed feasibility studies and market research to evaluate real estate development and acquisition opportunities.
โ๏ธ Analyze project cost structures, capital allocation strategies, and projected returns to support investment decisions.
โ๏ธ Assist in preparing investment memorandums, board presentations, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
โ๏ธ Perform thorough due diligence and risk assessments on potential assets and partners.
โ๏ธ Monitor macroeconomic trends, financial indicators, and regulatory developments affecting real estate and REIT markets.
โ๏ธ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and compliance for investment structuring and documentation.
โ๏ธ Review REIT regulatory guidelines and support compliance alignment with SECP and other relevant authorities.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ & ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ:
โ๏ธ Fresh graduates or candidates with 1โ2 years of experience at a financial institution, NBFI, or consulting firm are encouraged to apply.
โ๏ธ BBA in Finance, Investment, or related discipline is required.
โ๏ธ Pursuing CFA, ACCA, or similar professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
โ๏ธ In-depth knowledge of real estate investment and REIT structures.
โ๏ธ Strong command over Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
โ๏ธ Solid understanding of IFRS and real estate financial reporting standards.
โ๏ธ Proven experience in conducting investment feasibility and financial due diligence.
โ๏ธ Excellent reading, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
