Jubilee Life Insurance Company Ltd Jobs Network & Communication Specialist : Jubilee Life Insurance is looking for Network and Communication specialist for its Head office in Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and support the multiple channel services with the contact centre application Genesys Pure Engage and Avaya IP office server edition.
- Participate in the design, setup configuration and support of Genesys Pure Engage and its link to Avaya PBX
- Design and Implementation of IVR
- Troubleshooting of entire Genesys framework including Recording, Reporting, SIP, IVR, Social Media and Voice Gateway servers
- Analyse client technical issues, or outages etc and define strategy to test issues in UAT
We Require:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science
- Atleast 3-4 yeras of implementing, Maintaing and troubleshooting Genesys Pure Engage.
